Ways to detect a scammer or Phisher.

                          "Cheat Forum Phishing"

Cheat Clients for Purespk don't exist. Even if one existed, you'd get caught for using it.
You should ask the "Advertiser" what revision the cheat Forum is (I was told 317). Purespk server is 317.
The cheat Forum "features" are name changing, free staff position, item spawning or editing levels/experience rate. ALL of these are SERVER SIDED.
If it sounds too good to be true, it most likely is. This is the golden rule of all mmorpg games.
Don't EVER allow these applications, They may contain a botnet and do some nasty things.
Cheat Forum cannot allow use of Turmoil in duel nor can it allow new school at all.
No cheat client will help you to X-log.
Using cheat client isn't allowed and you will get caught for it anyway. So don't fall for these!

                               Scamming

Armour trimming IS NOT possible on RuneScape, nor is it possible on Purespk.
Do NOT buy "scam items" such as Tinderbox, Eye patch or Fremennik Blade/Helm/Shield.
Trust trading is 99,9% of time a scam.
Purespk <-----> RuneScape account/gp trading not only breaks the rules, but is 99,9% of time a scam too.
Luring. Always be cautious in wilderness. Don't fall for things like "Follow me to varrock bar, my friend will buy your neitiznot helm for 100m!" then at the bar you realise theres nobody and the guy says "oh look theres Dragon Full Helm!" then you try to walk to it because its worth a lot... and boom you're teleblocked and barraged.
Don't ever follow a random person in Wilderness(even if he was skulled with bandos and ags) to the teleportation obelisks.
ALWAYS check DUEL and TRADE second(check) screen!
Do NOT fall for the "free items show inventory" scam. AND ALWAYS REMEMBER THE CHECK SCREEN!
No site offers Godswords or Dragon fire shields for half price. This is scam. Never type your password on a site other than http://www.purespk.smfnew.com.
Luring. Always use common sense while in wilderness. Don't trade, don't talk to strangers...
Luring. Be cautious in Clan Wars. Some bugs will make you lose items in Clan Wars. Do NOT follow random people. Stay close to the safe-zone if possible.
