General Discussion on Infraction Level's.

Account sharing infraction reduced to ten infraction points. I see no purpose to keep people banned forever based on such an action.

Bug Abuse infraction renamed to Severe Bug Abuse infraction.
Real World Trading Using Sythe was renamed to Real World Trading Using Another Communities to make it more general to include other communities.

iTrader Misuse infraction has been removed to due to the iTrader system no longer exists here.
Links to Other Communities/Referral Links has been changed to Referral Links and value changed to one instead of three.

DDoS threat and actual DDoSing levels have been split. DDoS/DDoS infraction is worth twenty points. DDoS/DoS threats are now worth ten points.

New infraction level added called Advertising Another Server/Server Forums worth twenty points.

The main goal of this was to change around some things to make everything more specific and be a bit more lenient to people who have problems with authority or are not used to playing servers with such strict rules.
